At Restaurant Hedwig, we serve natural dishes to share in the evening - in season and to enjoy together. Authentic and regional. We enjoy serving our dishes on large platters. With Rhine Valley charm and uncompromising quality. And vegetarian and vegan-friendly too. The dishes are accompanied by wines with profile. Carefully selected for you. Often produced organically or pressed as natural wines.
Restaurant Hedwig is located on the first floor of our hotel and is easily accessible via the staircase or the elevator.
Rise and shine, get up and enjoy. A fine buffet of regional and home-made specialties awaits our guests for breakfast. Hearty and delicious: lots of fresh fruit, muesli, Rhine Valley bread creations, sausage and cheese specialties. Our kitchen team will also prepare fresh egg dishes for you on request.
At lunchtime, we feed our guests with various daily menus - always with a selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes. In the afternoon, we serve snacks and homemade cakes. We also serve freshly brewed barista coffee from our beloved portafilter machine all day long.

We offer a selection of lactose-free dishes at the buffet. However, all our products may contain traces of milk. If you book in advance, we can prepare for your visit.
We offer a large and varied selection of vegan dishes. Both at the breakfast buffet and for lunch or dinner, vegans will find everything their heart desires. If you contact us in advance with any special requests, we can also prepare even better for your visit.
