In the Hedwig restaurant, we serve natural dishes to share in the evening – in keeping with the season and to enjoy together. Authentic and regional. We enjoy serving our dishes on large platters. With Rhine Valley charm and uncompromising quality. The dishes are accompanied by wines with character. Carefully selected for you. Often produced organically or pressed as natural wines.
The restaurant is located on the ground floor of our hotel and is easily accessible via the staircase or elevator.
Rise and shine, get up and enjoy. A small but delicious buffet of regional and homemade specialties awaits our guests for breakfast. Our kitchen team will also prepare fresh egg dishes for you on request.
At lunchtime, we serve our guests a variety of daily menus – always including a selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes. In the afternoon, we serve snacks and homemade cakes. We also serve freshly brewed barista coffee from our beloved portafilter machine all day long.
Cosy seating areas. A sun-drenched terrace with a view of the inner courtyard. A little paradise. For nature lovers. And for children too. A large playground awaits our younger guests in the backyard.
We offer a selection of lactose-free dishes at the buffet. However, all our products may contain traces of milk. If you book in advance, we can prepare for your visit.
We offer a large and diverse selection of vegan dishes. Vegans will find everything their hearts desire at the breakfast buffet as well as for lunch and dinner. If you contact us in advance with any special requests, we can also prepare even better for your visit.
